A Brief Biography
Sheree was born in Los Angeles, California. She was preceeded by an older half-sister and succeeded by a younger brother. Her parents are natives of Louisiana, and moved to California shortly after getting married in 1974. The family spent much of her childhood and teenage years in and around the Los Angeles area. Sheree began singing at the New Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church (Pastor's Choir) at age four. She began directing the Pastor's Choir at age nine. In addition, Sheree participated in the school chorus, orchestra, drama and modern dance classes. In 1990, the Dunns relocated to Texas and lived there for one year, returning to California in 1991.

Sheree graduated from Inglewood High School the following year, and went on to graduate from California State University at Los Angeles with a degree in Sociology. She continues to reside in California while pursuing a career in Juvenille Delinquency.
